In addition to their award-winning Single Origin range, Mirzam seasonally produces a themed series. Winter in Morocco is one of these special editions - a collection of five bars with distinctly innovative Moroccan flavour profiles.

Geometric pattern is the essence of Moroccan art, and each Moroccan zellij pattern was hand-drafted and painted using watercolour. Additionally, certain ingredients used in the preparation of the Winter in Morocco series were incorporated into the paint, such as orange blossom water, saffron, mint, and so on.
